Covid-19 FAQs:
We want to ensure that we are continuing to practice our high standards of cleaning and disinfecting as recommended by the CDC and local government. We are committed to providing massage and bodywork services in the safest environment possible for each of our clients. As such, the following policies and procedures have been implemented. Please read through these thoroughly so you know what to expect ahead of time for your appointment. Policies may change without notice due to government and insurance regulations.

Due to the recent mask mandate, you will be required to wear a mask in our office. Existing mask protocols will remain the same during your massage.

The therapist will perform the massage while wearing a face covering

You are welcome to wear a face covering and we have extras available for you to wear if you would like, however we are not requiring them to be worn during the massage

All employees will wear a face covering while you are in our office

All surfaces, tools and linens are sanitized between each client and fresh PPE is donned.

We have a new Covid-19 safe way to check out. Bring your phone with you and we can check you out from your own phone.

If you are considered high-risk for contracting Covid-19, please do not schedule an appointment
General FAQs:
We have put together a list of facts for you to keep you better informed prior to your massage appointment.

At the time of booking, you will be required to put your credit card on file. Your card is not charged, it is only stored in our booking system

We do require an intake form as well as a Covid-19 waiver to be signed prior to your first massage

We ask that you please read our cancellation policy that is clearly stated in our forms.

​We ask that you arrive 5 minutes early to have time to speak with your therapist about any change in recent health issues, to use the restroom before massage, and/or to complete any necessary paperwork

Each client will remove shoes inside the office as we do not allow shoes in the massage rooms

Communication is key. It is important for you to speak up before, during and after the massage. This is how we are able to serve your needs in the best possible way

Be sure to drink your water prior and after your massage. No need to guzzle, but you do want to come in hydrated
Please understand that these new policies are to ensure the safety of each and every client as well as your therapist. Even with all these measures, we continue to strive to offer the most therapeutic and relaxing atmosphere possible, so you can expect the same amazing treatments and results you've always received.
